For screen printing, our minimum order is 24 pieces. You’re welcome to mix and match sizes, colors, and garment styles—as long as the ink colors and print locations stay the same across the entire order.

Yes—quality is a top priority. Our standard t-shirt is the 6.1 oz Gildan 100% cotton, known for its durability and comfort. For hoodies, we typically use 10.1 oz Hanes fleece, but we’re happy to work with any brand or garment you prefer. Need something specific? Ask us about our wholesale options and apparel selection.

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU SCREEN PRINT?

We can screen print on just about anything, including:

T-shirts (short and long sleeve), hoodies, work shirts, uniforms, tank tops, fit tees, jackets, aprons, tote bags, gym bags, towels, washcloths, and even infant clothing. If you have something specific in mind, just ask—we can probably print on it.

CAN YOU MEET OR BEAT COMPETITOR PRICING?

We’ll try our best to meet or beat competitor pricing—but we’ll need the full details of their quote to make a fair comparison. In many cases, a competitor’s price may look better on the surface, but it often comes with trade-offs in quality. We can absolutely print on lower-cost garments if that’s your priority, but we don’t typically recommend or push those options.

CAN YOU DO ALL OVER PRINTING?

CAN YOU DO DIFFERENT COLORS AND SIZES WITHIN ONE ORDER?

Yes! You can mix and match shirt colors and sizes within the same order—as long as the ink colors and print locations stay the same.

If you’d like to switch ink colors during the print run, we can absolutely do that, too. It involves washing out the screens, drying them, and resetting the press, so a washout fee may apply. Just let us know what you’re planning, and we’ll walk you through the options.

CAN YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes—we can ship internationally! We typically use UPS or USPS, depending on your preference. If you don’t have a preferred carrier, we’ll choose the most cost-effective option that still ensures your order arrives safely and securely.

WILL THE INK COLOR MATCH THE PROOF EXACTLY?

We use a highly accurate color-matching system and always aim for the closest possible match—but we can’t guarantee an exact color match. If you have a specific ink brand, model, or Pantone color you’d like us to use, just let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply for exact-match requests.

This is not the same as having a vector or CAD file—digitizing requires a completely different setup. Different companies may produce different results from the same graphic, since each digitizer creates their own unique stitch pattern.

For center front embroidery, we can stitch up to 5.5" wide by 2" high. The offset front panel allows for a design up to 2.75" wide by 2" high. Our machines also support 270-degree embroidery—meaning we can sew from roughly ear to ear without removing the hat from the hoop.

CAN YOU DO PUFFED OR RAISED EMBROIDERY?

Yes, we offer puff (3D) embroidery for logos and designs that are well-suited to the technique. It works best with bold lettering and simple graphics—thin lines or large filled areas don’t produce great results. Additional fees apply, and we’re happy to review your design to see if it’s a good fit for this effect.

CAN YOU SEW ONTO A HAT'S BILL?

Unfortunately, no. Hat bills are embroidered during manufacturing, before the hat is fully assembled. Once the hat is constructed, the bill is too rigid for embroidery machines to sew through.

IS THERE A COLOR LIMIT?

Yes, we can embroider up to 15 thread colors per design. Most logos use fewer than 5 colors, so this limit rarely affects our clients—but if you have something more complex in mind, we’re happy to talk through options.
