TERMS & CONDITIONS
TURNAROUND TIME
We strive for a maximum turnaround time of 10-14 business days + shipping time (if applicable) from the point of final approval of your design mock-ups. Order changes and add-ons may increase turnaround time.
If you have a specific deadline for your order, it is critical that you let us know about your requested completion date at the time of placing your order so that we can determine whether your deadline can be met. If you fail to let us know about your project’s due date until after your order has been placed and initiated, we may not be able to successfully accommodate your request. Any unforeseen circumstances beyond The Print Plug’s control or otherwise (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.
ADD-ONS
Add-ons will be accepted as long as the order has not entered production. In this case, you will receive the same price structure on the add-ons as you received on the initial order. Once the order has gone into production, add-ons will be treated as a new job and will be subject to new pricing and minimums, along with a new turnaround time. Add-ons after design mock-up approval may cause a delay in production time.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders are subject to a 50% minimum down payment and the remaining 50% upon completion. Any shipping charges, as well as complete balance due, must be paid in full prior to shipment or release of the garments.
ART APPROVAL / MOCK-UP PROOFING
All design mock-ups will provided through email for review and approval. Approvals must be made via the internal "Approve" button within the mock-up email. Similarly, revisions to the mock-ups must be requested through the included "Revisions" button within the email. Artwork must be checked thoroughly by you for spelling, color, dimensions, placement of the art, accuracy and any other element that is important to the accuracy of your overall vision. It is critical to inspect every detail of the mockup, as this is exactly how the final product will be printed. The Print Plug will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. The Print Plug will not be responsible for misprints that were represented, and not caught, in the mock-up process. Any modifications requested after the mock-up approval may result in production delays and additional costs.
COLOR MATCHING
While we do our best to color match according to our Pantone matching system, we can not guarantee exact color matching. We utilize a professional Pantone matching system to translate HEX colors and brand colors to their nearest Pantone match. Any deviation from brand colors will be a by-product of the color matching system's attempt to match the nearest Pantone. These will not be eligible for refunds or re-dos, as they will be matches as close as possible utilizing our professional industry-standard system.
BACKORDERED / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
The Print Plug is not responsible for items that are backordered or out of stock. We will always confirm availability at the point of sale. That said, availability can change between the point of sale and when we place the order on the garments. If something is found to be backordered or out of stock we will reach out to you promptly to discuss all available options. Please note this is a time-sensitive situation. Your order will be delayed until we are able to identify a backup option together.
PLACEMENTS / CONSISTENCIES
The Print Plug will not be responsible for placements that are within 1” of your preferred target (if specified) or at a standard placement target (if not specified). As with any print shop, design locations can deviate by 1” from print to print. These will not be considered a misprint and The Print Plug will not reprint, credit, or refund any of these shirts without charging additional fees.
SHIPPING
For orders requiring shipping, provider information and a tracking number will be provided when the product has been shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions about your shipment. The Print Plug will not be responsible for any shipping delays that occur with the package carrier after the package has been shipped. Expedited shipping options are possible but will incur a higher shipping cost.
HOLIDAYS
The Print Plug will be closed for the following holidays. These days will not be considered operational business days and will not count towards turn around time:
- New Year’s Day
- Independence Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
RETURNED CHECKS
There is a $30.00 returned check fee for any returned check.
PRICING
The Print Plug reserves the right to change pricing without notice due to industry pricing increases. We will never increase pricing on a current order, but add-ons may incur additional pricing.
GARMENT / PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
The Print Plug provides garments from a large variety of brands and distributors. We will not be responsible for manufacturer and / or garment defects such as color inconsistencies, mislabeled garments, faulty stitching, holes in garments, separated seams, etc. We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but please note we cannot guarantee each and every garment, especially on large orders. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we can not ensure their quality.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE / CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS
The Print Plug offers a Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If the finished garments do not accurately reflect the design mock-up, or their quality is below industry standard, the client may request a reproduction of the order or a refund. By approving the design, you are acknowledging that you are satisfied with the placement, color, sizing, and all other pertinent elements. Unless there are aesthetic inconsistencies between the mock-up and the finished products or noticeable quality issues, we will consider your design mock-up as acknowledgement of your satisfaction.
If you wish to provide your own items for customization, and the items are damaged or ruined, The Print Plug will not be responsible. We will do our best to replace the items with similar items, but can and will be limited by budget, availability and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse customer supplied garments if we do not feel comfortable with taking on the job.
CLAIMS / REPRINTS
We value our customers and their business, and so we strive to ensure that every order that leaves our production facility is 100% satisfactory. Please allow for an industry standard percentage of potential spoilage (term used for defective garments and/or misprints). This is typically around 2%. We recommend ordering a few extras to cover any defective garments and/or misprints at the time of original purchase. Any order printed with demonstrable inconsistencies with the approved mock-up, or with poor quality printing or embroidery, will be removed from the invoice unless otherwise specified; you may also be granted a reprint of the defective product, or a refund for that amount.
All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Please call us at (986) 777-9466 or email theprintplugofidaho@gmail.com to submit your claim. If The Print Plug is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error, or grant you an appropriate l refund or credit toward your next order.
We will require that you return the misprints to our shop to receive a refund or reproduction of the order. The Print Plug will not be responsible for any shirts that are sold or given away prior to returning the order.
GARMENT CARE
The Print Plug will not be responsible for any mishandling of garments, including but not limited to:
Improper washing and / or drying of garments, staining, tearing or any other kind of damage to garments after they leave our shop.
Please be sure to care for your garment(s) appropriately, according to manufacturer's instructions. These instructions can typically be found on the garment tag. Please ask your account representative if you have any questions concerning your garment care.
CORRESPONDENCE / REMARKETING
By purchasing our products and services, you understand and acknowledge that we may use your personally identifiable information in the future, such as your email or phone number, to send future correspondence. This includes updates about your order, as well as marketing offers and incentives.
We will never sell or solicit your personal information, and will only send correspondence that is relevant to your purchase with our company. You may opt out of these correspondence channels at any time.
