Custom USDOT Compliant Decal

The Print Plug Custom USDOT Compliant Decals

Order your USDOT compliant decals in 1-line, 2-line, 3 or 4-line formats — designed to meet USDOT and FMCSA rules and regulations so your commercial vehicles stay legal on the road. Made from Oracal 651 permanent adhesive vinyl, rated for up to 6 years of outdoor durability, so your DOT numbers stay sharp and readable through sun, rain, and road conditions. Choose your colors, tell us your DOT number, and we'll produce decals ready to apply to your truck, trailer, van, or fleet vehicle. Design and order online today.

Your USDOT number must be displayed in high-contrast lettering that's easily readable against its background — that's a federal requirement, not a suggestion. Choose your text and background colors accordingly, and if you're not sure what qualifies as compliant, our team can help you get it right. Whether you're a single-truck owner-operator or outfitting a full fleet, The Print Plug produces USDOT decals that meet the standard and look professional. Get a quote today.
