The Hanes EcoSmart® Hooded Sweatshirt (P170) is a 7.8-ounce, 50/50 US grown cotton/polyester fleece pullover hoodie built for custom programs that need a reliable, high-print-quality blank at an accessible price point across a massive colorway and size range. The patented PrintPro® XP fleece delivers a low-pill, high-stitch density surface specifically engineered for decoration — a meaningful feature for screen printing programs where ink adhesion and long-term print quality matter. The polyester content is currently transitioning to CiCLO® polyester, which is designed to biodegrade more readily at end of life. Dyed-to-match drawcord, coverstitched armholes and waistband, pouch pocket, and ribbed cuffs and waistband complete a well-finished build. Transitioning from standard to tear-away label — orders may contain a mix of both. Made in a facility powered by at least 50% renewable energy and meets Fair Labor Association standards. No PMS codes are published for Hanes colorways — physical swatch comparison is required for any color-critical program. Available in 42 colorways in sizes S–5XL.
