The Port Authority All-Conditions Jacket (J331) is a parka-length, critically seam-sealed insulated jacket built for three-season protection against wet, wind, and cold. The 100% polyester shell with DWR finish carries a 3,000MM waterproof rating and 3,000G/M² breathability rating, and the 4.1-ounce polyester fleece body lining combined with 2-ounce polyfill in the sleeves delivers layered warmth that stays comfortable through changing conditions. The adjustable hood with locking drawcord, full-length exterior storm flap with snap closures, Vislon® zippers, waterproof chest pocket with locking zipper pull, front zippered pockets, self-fabric adjustable tab cuffs with hook-and-loop closures, and open hem with drawcord and toggles give the J331 a complete weather-sealing system from hood to hem. Port Pocket™ for decoration access. The longer parka-length body provides additional coverage that a standard-length jacket doesn't. Available in 3 colorways — Black, Direct Blue, and True Navy — in sizes XS–4XL.
