The Port Authority Heavyweight Parka (J799) is a fully seam-sealed, 8,000MM waterproof-rated parka built for unforgiving rain, snow, and cold where lighter shells simply aren't enough. The 100% polyester shell carries a 3,000G/M² breathability rating, a 6-ounce polyfill-lined body, and 4-ounce polyfill-lined sleeves — substantial insulation that handles sustained cold-weather exposure. The snap-off adjustable hood, full-length exterior storm flap, two-way Vislon® zipper, molded adjustable tab cuffs with hook-and-loop closures, and open hem with drawcord and toggles create a complete weather-sealing system. Storage is extensive: waterproof welded sleeve pocket, waterproof zippered pockets, hand warmer pocket, bellow pockets, and an interior pocket. Port Pocket™ for decoration access. Can be worn over the Port Authority J323 Down Jacket for maximum cold-weather layering. Available in Black and Royal in sizes XS–4XL confirmed; size chart extends to 10XL — confirm availability before quoting 5XL and above.
