The Port Authority Insulated Waterproof Tech Jacket (J405) is a fully insulated, 10K/10K-rated waterproof shell built for custom programs that need protection against both cold and sustained wet weather. The 100% polyester canvas with TPU laminate and DWR finish delivers a 10,000MM waterproof rating and 10,000G/M² breathability rating, and the critically seam-sealed construction eliminates moisture entry points throughout. Where the J406 Tech Rain Jacket is a shell, the J405 adds substantial polyfill insulation — 5.3-ounce in the body, 3.5-ounce in the hood and sleeves — for meaningful warmth in genuinely cold conditions. The attached adjustable hood with locking drawcord, full-length exterior storm flap, waterproof zippered front pockets, interior zippered chest pocket, adjustable rubber tab cuffs, and locking drawcord hem create a complete system against wind, rain, and cold. Port Pocket™ for decoration access. Available in 3 colorways — Deep Black, Cobalt Blue, and Shadow Grey/Storm Grey — in sizes XS–4XL.
