Richardson Custom R-Flex Adjustable Trucker

Richardson 112+ R-Flex Adjustable Trucker 112PL

The Richardson 112+ R-Flex Adjustable Trucker (112PL) brings the iconic Mid Pro silhouette of the Richardson 112 to wearers who need a more accommodating fit. The 60/40 cotton/polyester front panel delivers the structured, decoration-ready surface the 112 is known for, while the 95/5 polyester/spandex stretch mesh back and Comfort Stretch sweatband replace the standard snapback system with an R-Flex adjustable closure that conforms to a wider range of head shapes without sacrificing the clean, structured look of the original. The result is a custom trucker hat that works for programs where fit consistency across a large or varied group matters — staff uniforms, volunteer corps, community organizations, or any program where the same cap needs to fit comfortably on a wide range of wearers. Available in 12 colorways including classic team pairings, neutral tones, and earth-tone options. One size fits most (hat size 7–7 3/4, head circumference 22–24 1/4"). No pre-applied brand marks.
